Attribution starts and ends within the same store.
Multiple stores under one account may be managed operationally together, but their search behavior and conversions must remain separate datasets.
Store ID at every event
Search, click, session and order must all carry an explicit and validated store context.
No account-wide fallback
When no click is found in the right store, the system should not search for a suitable click in another shop of the same account.
Product ID is not enough
The same item can be in several stores. Therefore, always combine product ID with store ID.
Separate storage and reporting
Tables, indexes or partitions should allow relocation, export and control per store.
Settings by store
Attribution window, source configuration, and test status may vary by store and should not be unintentionally shared.
Check cross-store signals
An audit must detect deviations where order, click and session do not have the same store ID.
Account level only as aggregation
An overarching dashboard may show totals, but should always be traced back to separate shopping data.
